Novell also filed counterclaims asking the court to force SCO to turn over its Unix licenses royalties to it and to attach SCO&#8217;s assets to ensure that it can pay Novell.<\/p>\n<p>(from <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eweek.com\/\">eWeek<\/a>, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eweek.com\/article2\/0,1895,1841967,00.asp\">&#8220;Novell Goes for SCO&#8217;s Throat&#8221;<\/a>)<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t been paying attention to the SCO vs. Linux soap opera, there&#8217;s a pretty good summary called <a href=\"http:\/\/www.it-analysis.com\/article.php?articleid=12741\">There&#8217;s No Business Like SCO Business<\/a> on the site <a href=\"http:\/\/www.it-analysis.com\/\">IT-Analysis.com<\/a>. That article also has some interesting tidbits pertaining to the automobile accident in which Princess Diana of Wales and Dodi Fayed were killed.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>The usual suspects on this one are, the British Royal Family (of course), MI6 (naturally), arms manufacturers (remember all those anti landmine activities of Princess Di?) and the CIA, which foolishly revealed that it must have been involved by denying that it had anything to do with it (it really did \u00e2\u20ac\u201c can you believe that?).
